1. Acceptance & About WED AI
By using the WED AI website, Android app, studio dashboard, WED AI Couple Space, guest and tourist galleries, the Editor Marketplace, or the WED AI Device (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. WED AI is a proprietorship operated by Pradeep Kumar — an AI-powered ecosystem for wedding and event photography studios, covering AI generation and post-production, album and video production, camera-to-cloud sync, Wed Cinema streaming, CRM, and guest and tourist commerce.
2. Eligibility & Responsibilities
The Platform is intended for registered studios, freelance editors and editing organizations, their clients, and event attendees. Users hold sole responsibility for the accuracy and legality of uploaded content — including photos, videos, footage sent for AI generation, and album or video orders — and are strictly prohibited from uploading unlawful or harmful material. While covering events, Users are expected to respect general privacy norms; in specific cases where explicit legal consent is required (including for Face Scan, Guest Photo Sell, and Snap Sell / Reel Sell), obtaining such clearance remains the exclusive responsibility of the User.
3. AI Features & Generated Content
AI Creator Studio, AI Culling, AI Retouch, Colour Grade & LUTs, and AI Auto Album process the photos and videos you or your clients upload. Results are generated automatically and reviewed by you before delivery — WED AI does not guarantee a specific artistic outcome, and features such as Face Lock aim to keep a subject's likeness consistent but are not guaranteed to be perfect in every case. You must have the right to use any content submitted for AI editing or generation, and are responsible for how AI-generated output is used or delivered to your clients.
4. Album & Video Departments and Editor Marketplace
Orders placed with WED AI's in-house Album or Video Department, or with a freelance editor or editing organization on the Editor Marketplace, are governed by the order details, rate card and any corrections agreed in the production room. Marketplace orders are escrow-protected: an advance is held from the studio's wallet at order time and released to the editor after delivery and any agreed hold period. Editors and organizations joining the Marketplace must complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawing earnings, and must deliver work that matches the agreed brief. Disputes are handled through the in-app dispute process; WED AI's decision on a dispute is final.
5. Wed Cinema, Storage & the WED AI Device
Wed Cinema lets a studio upload films for couples to stream from a private, expiring link; "unlimited storage" means there is no fixed storage cap, subject to fair-use and this Platform's operational limits, and is billed on a pay-per-use basis as configured for your account. The WED AI Device is offered on a launching / partner basis — availability, supported cameras, and features may change as the hardware and firmware are developed. WED AI is not liable for data loss caused by camera, network or third-party hardware failure, though the Platform is designed to auto-resume uploads where possible.
6. Credits & Payments
Premium features — including AI Creator Studio, AI Culling, AI Retouch, album and video production, and Wed Cinema storage — are accessed using "Credits," an in-app virtual currency purchased through Credit Packs. Credits have no cash value outside the Platform and are non-transferable between accounts. If a paid AI job or feature fails to complete, the Credits charged for that job are refunded automatically to your wallet. All payments — Credit purchases, guest photo/video purchases, and marketplace payouts — are processed through secure third-party gateways.
7. Intellectual Property & Liability
All software, AI models, branding, and platform design are WED AI's property. Studio-uploaded photos and videos, and content created through AI Creator Studio, Album Automation, Wed Cinema and the Editor Marketplace, remain the property of the respective studio and their clients. The Platform is provided "as is" — WED AI is not liable for indirect losses arising from AI output quality, hardware downtime, editor delivery delays, or third-party service delays.
